Working Hours: Standard hours with overtime (OT) required for events

About Us
Dheary Event Space is a premium event management and rental company specializing in private social events, corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, and more. We provide versatile event spaces and end-to-end services to ensure memorable experiences for our clients.

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Operation Executive cum Content Creator who can manage day-to-day operations of our event space, produce creative content, confidently host live events, and coordinate with part-time staff during events.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee day-to-day operations of Dheary Event Space to ensure smooth execution of events.
-Coordinate with internal teams regarding bookings, setup, and event requirements.
-Manage event setup logistics including décor, catering, audio-visual systems, and seating arrangements.
-Monitor inventory of event supplies, décor items, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
-Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies (no alcohol/smoking, vendor rules, etc.).
-Manage, brief, and supervise part-timers during events to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.


Content Creation & Marketing
-Create engaging content (photos, videos, and copywriting) for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
-Manage Dheary Event Space’s social media pages, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice.
-Capture behind-the-scenes, event highlights, and client testimonials for marketing purposes.
-Collaborate with management to strategize monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
-Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve content performance and lead generation.


Requirements
-SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related fields.
-1–2 years of experience in operations, events, content creation, or hosting (fresh graduates with talent and strong portfolios are welcome).
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
-Basic photography/videography skills (using phone or camera) and editing skills (CapCut).
-Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written & spoken).
-Positive attitude, creative mindset, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
-Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
-Working days are Wednesday to Sunday.
-Ability to handle, coordinate, and supervise part-time staff during events.
-Willingness to work overtime (OT) when events extend beyond regular hours.
