A growing company in the grocery and frozen food supply industry is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Admin cum Customer Service. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, efficient, and capable of managing customer orders and support with precision.

Job Scope
• Manage and process customer orders via online platforms.
• Arrange and schedule delivery of grocery and frozen goods to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally
• Prepare and maintain order records, invoices, and related documentation
• Perform general office administrative duties
• Demonstrate strong work discipline and punctuality in all assignments

Requirements
• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Proficient in using smartphones, computers & basic apps like Google Maps
• Good communication and time management skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
